To download
files: Files are zipped up—so either
1) double click on the file to open the folder
and then save the file (may take a minute for the folder to appear), or
2) right
click and “save the target as” a file name on your desk –then open up the
zipped folder on computer to get to the files.
ies type
files contain photometric data which
were developed by the manufuacturer and put in this standard format for use in
lighting software programs. You can go
directly to many manufacturer’s sites to download the ies files. Some require that you contact the
representative for access to these files.
These
photometric software programs are provided by manufacturers for use by
customers to determine the correct quantity and placement of fixtures. It is being provided here to assist
designers in their lighting layouts.
